	Nancy McIlvaine Vice-President Nancy was born and raised in Florida and holds a Master's degree in Psychology. She joined Town & Country Resources in 1997 as a Placement Counselor and is currently Vice President of our Executive and Estate Staffing division. Nancy has a combined 12 years of experience in the professional and household placement industry, including recruiting and placing medical professionals, executive assistants and estate professionals. Nancy enjoys drawing from her personal experience daily when interacting with candidates and clients. She loves making matches that enable incredibly hardworking candidates to utilize their skills in making a client’s life easier. Nancy lives in the North Bay with her husband and son.
	Kristine Lange Placement Counselor Kristine grew up in Naples, Florida and earned her Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation and Psychology from Springfield College in Massachusetts. Prior to joining Town & Country, Kristine spent 12 years working for community service organizations. Most recently, Kristine worked as a case manager for Big Brothers & Sisters matching children with adult mentors. She moved to the Bay Area in 2006 and joined Town & Country as a Placement Counselor. Kristine enjoys working at Town & Country because “it's great to work with a team of people who pride themselves in customer service, relationship building and a passion for successful placements.” Kristine lives on the Peninsula with her husband and two boys.
